Cartridge Heaters - HD

HD
HD series cartridge electric heaters

MgO compaction is an innovative construction technology by which unique performance in the field of electric heaters is achieved.

In the HD series heater, the resistive wire is wound on an MgO core and is thus located close to the heater’s outer tube. This technology achieves a very efficient heat exchange, which keeps the wire at a lower temperature than a conventional heater.

This prevents the wire itself from overheating during use, giving the product high performance.

HD series cartridge heaters with differentiated output

HD with differentiated power

The power distribution is defined according to the application.

We can distinguish between heaters with:

  • more power at the ends
  • more power in the centre
  • one or more unheated zones.
  • two or more independent zones
