Band Heaters - HBM

HBM series identifies the band heaters with mycanite insulation. These elements are suitable for the heating of plasticization cylinders for plastics processing machines when working temperatures are not higher than 280°C. HBC series identifies the band heaters with ceramic insulation. Their use is recommended for working temperatures higher than 280°C and whenever the elements are subjected to severe working conditions. HNT series heaters are the most appropriate solution when space saving between the nozzle and the mould is crucial. HNB brass nozzle heaters are suitable for applications where a compact size is not needed or when there is corrosive action by plastic.
