Problem identified by the customer
Achieving the desired result requires the use of systems that are able to ensure the best possible heat distribution in the presence of high suction flows that very often prevent the application of heat in the areas involved. The customer complained that their own round-section armoured heater system did not allow the dome moulds to be heated uniformly. The thermoforming and sealing of the plastic film was therefore less than ideal and as well as affecting the integrity of the product to be packaged, it also altered its basic characteristics and significantly reduced its shelf life.
